CAERPHILLY
We journeyed to Cardiff and on to the valleys of South Wales, where eleven leisure centres are operated by Caerphilly County Borough but funded by Llywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru, the Welsh Assembly Government,
which is responsible, among other matters,
for the Health Service in Wales.
It is clear that they see Leisure Centres as
an integral arm of the Health Service.
