STRENGTH TRAINING is especially valuable for older people.
AEROBIC EXERCISE for heart, lungs and circulation
ASSESSMENT and TEACHING of healthy living principles, including diet and cooking
VARIOUS: Tai Chi, trampoline, classes, outdoor and indoor courts, café are all optional features.
It is helpful if several clubs or groups use the Centre.
Some of these will be for specific age ranges.
Essential points: a Centre must be welcoming and friendly and within easy reach.
